10-Month Feel Better Challenge

I recently read Good Energy by Casey Means, and if you get a chance to read or listen to it, I highly recommend it. This book sparked so much inspiration and deeper reflection in me. In fact, it motivated me to make some personal changes.

In January, I’m committing to a dry month, and last month, I challenged myself to do 30 squats after every meal to help regulate insulin. The month before that, I went through my pantry and removed any items with seed oils listed as one of the top three ingredients. I also started tracking my sleep and was shocked to discover I was severely underestimating my rest—averaging only 4 hours and 20 minutes per night!

Focusing on changing one thing each month has given me more energy and significantly improved how I feel. The inflammation and unexpected body aches I’d been experiencing disappeared. Admittedly, the holidays threw me off track, but that’s why I’m starting fresh in 2025 with a challenge to help you feel better, too!

In this post, you’ll find the first five months of the 2025 challenge. I’ll release the second half in February.

The idea is simple: pick one thing, just one, to focus on each month. As you move forward, hold onto each change, building sustainable habits over time. It’s important to avoid the temptation to tackle everything at once; lasting change happens when you focus on one manageable goal at a time.
